"Very slow fitting service"

My mum has entered into a contract with Continental Tiles to supply her new bathroom and tiles and employ bathroom fitters to undertake the work. She was told during the negotiating stage that the work would be completed within 7 days, since it is a really small bathroom. However, on Monday, the work will be going into the 3rd week and she still has no means to have a shower/bath. The fitters sub-contracted by Continental Tiles do not work weekends and the tiler left before 11 am last Friday. We have complained to the company, but Continental Tiles have told us that only the supplying of goods is their responsibility and not the management of the project. Yet, on the company's website it clearly states 'full-project management form start to finish’. The whole thing is unsatisfactory and I would not recommend the company to anyone..
